This year's slogan is : West Cork has Roads, Cycle them.
Welcome to The West Cork 200.
It will be held on Sunday 24th June 2012. Registration will open at 6.30am and we intend to have everyone on the road by 7.00am.
The route for the 200 and 100 will be similar to last year, but this year we will also introduce a 150KM route. This is in response to a considerable demand. The full details of the 3 routes are now on our web site.
The main problems identified last year were:
Inadequate briefing of the routes.
Delays in getting served at Durrus ( main food stop).
No food available at finish.
More signs needed on routes.
Be assured that these issues will be addressed this year.
